June SPIN meeting 2024
Hello SPIN community, I'm back! I just want to take a moment to catch all of you up on what's been going on at SPIN. For June's meeting we took a much-needed break for ourselves and made some beautiful floral planters. It's always nice to work on a little self-care/love. As parents, especially single parents, we don't often have the means nor the time to just focus on ourselves. Even if only for a brief moment of time. That's one of the many reasons why SPIN is such a blessing to us. If nothing else, we at least get those 2 hours to just take a breath and know that our kids are being cared for and entertained. As many of you know, sometimes these blips of time are spent being inspired and sometimes they are spent crying. It's comforting to know that whatever life may be throwing your way there's a support network to help get you thru those more trying times.
